Who the what is behind this? That must be me, Katerina Luisa Esslin. I am an Athens-based writer with a 20-year background in communication. Having worked as a copywriter & creative director in traditional advertising (10 years in Ogilvy Athens, 3 years in DDB Athens), I am now a freelance storyteller, specialising in brand naming and website copywriting. I am also a published author, currently working on my next book. I used to work as an Elvis impersonator, a fact which is obviously a lie. I once tried to grow fake flowers. Smart move. Some other un-talents: I was not born in 1983 (nor 1985) and I would make a terrible cardiologist. I am also a compulsive banana eater, a lousy watercolorist, a roller-skater, and an amateur web designer (yes, I made this site). I have never been to Berlin and I hold this against me. My favourite film director is Paolo Sorrentino, whom I constantly mistake for Luca Guandanino, whom I constantly mistake for this other Italian director, but I love all three, so everybody happy, case closed, hire me.
